I’m a Communications, Content, and Marketing Specialist with more than 10 years of experience. My most recent role was contracting for AbbVie as a Communications Specialist in the Technology Adoption group.

Starting in 2014, I’ve written thousands of articles on healthcare, psychology, travel tips, weird historical moments, celebrity gossip, mental health and wellness, and even something about rocks moving on their own in the desert. I’m a research nerd, so I love, love, love diving into a topic and churning out a thoughtful piece.

Outside of work, you can find me:

• Reading horror, sci-fi, and, surprisingly, anything that combines horror/sci-fi

• Spending time with my five cats and cat-sized dog

• Playing cozy video games, especially Stardew Valley
